Resulting in their self-proclaimed sound of "freak-pop," the quintet of <a href="/artists/az/atkins__kelly/artist.jhtml" class="article-artistlink">Kelly Atkins</a> (vocals/keyboards), Greg Giles (guitar/vocals), Joe Ostrowski (guitar), Dan Jones (bass), and Ethan Turner (drums) brought on an added inspiration of <a href="/artists/az/x/artist.jhtml" class="article-artistlink">X</a>, <a href="/artists/az/pixies/artist.jhtml" class="article-artistlink">the Pixies</a>, <a href="/artists/az/pavement/artist.jhtml" class="article-artistlink">Pavement</a>, and <a href="/artists/az/harvey_pj/artist.jhtml" class="article-artistlink">PJ Harvey</a>.
