After scoring a hit with "Mary's Prayer" in 1987, this Scottish-born singer/songwriter relocated to London and began work on the first of many solo projects. He has been signed to various labels as a solo artist and as a founding member of King L and Transister. These projects garnered critical acclaim but little mainstream recognition.
