The Band Perry's "modern throwback" style combines classic Country with an eclectic infusion of Rock, Gospel and Soul. As songwriters and musicians, their sound is distinct and rounded out by the rare magic of perfect three-part harmonies.

Released in October 2010 by Republic Nashville, the self-titled debut album, THE BAND PERRY was certified Gold just four months after it arrived in stores and is now poised to go Platinum by the end of 2011. The album contains theDouble-Platinum, Grammy-nominated, #1 hit single, "If I Die Young"; the Gold-certified cheatin' anthem, "You Lie," which reached the #2 spot on Country Charts; their light-hearted, uptempo debut single, "Hip To My Heart"; and of course, their latest ballad, "All Your Life."In June 2011, The Band Perry won the CMT Music Award for USAWEEKEND Breakthrough Video of the Year (fan-voted) and was chosen as Country music's best new live act in a category sponsored by Nationwide Insurance (fan-voted). In April 2011, they earned ACM Awards for both the fan-voted New Duo or Group of the Year and the coveted New Artist of the Year. TBP has also been nominated for Grammy, CMA, TEEN CHOICE and ACA awards.

They have performed on the TODAY Show, The View, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Jimmy Kimmel Live! and have been profiled by E! News, CNN, Extra, Access Hollywood and Fox & Friends. In August 2011, Washington Post pop music critic, Chris Richards referred to The Band Perry as "the best new band in Country" and profiled the many facets of the self-proclaimed "purveyors of performance" in a Sunday cover story.

Additionally, they have graced the cover of Pollstar and Music Connection and have been featured in a wide range of print publications from USA Today to People magazine. The sibling trio toured with Tim McGraw throughout the summer and recently announced their own headlining tour, which includes support dates for Keith Urban, Reba and and yet-to-be-announced dates with one of Country music's major touring forces. On February 20, 2012 they will take the stage at the Ryman Auditorium for their first headlining performance in Nashville.
