Like most of the media world, we here at MTV News obsess and argue relentlessly over our year-end top 10s. This year, we thought we'd share them! Our staff top 10s will be rolling out all this week, along with several less conventional lists we've
1. Jay-Z and Beyoncé Three words: Money, power, respect. This couple, the quintessential prom king and queen, are the hottest thing out, and have been for the last few years. Only one other couple is giving them a run for their money: couple #2. 2. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie (See above.) 3. Rihanna and ? Rih Rih has been attached to Chris Brown, Shia LaBeouf and, most recently, Josh Hartnett. But let's keep it real: This girl is so hot, it doesn't matter who the heck she's with! 4. 50 Cent and Ciara A.k.a. the bangin'-bodies couple! Their romance is just a rumor, but who cares? They should just hook up for the heck of it! 5. Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale Their lil' Kingston is gonna be hurtin' the ladies in a couple of years — in fact, he and young Maddox, Brangelina's eldest, should sooo become friends! 6. Milo Ventimiglia and Hayden Panettiere Again, another rumor ... so what?!? I know they're supposed to be family on "Heroes," but Lawd, have mercy! Tell me these two wouldn't have some smoking kids. Just think of the superpowered offspring they would have! 7. Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil If love is a drug, then ... 8. Posh and David Beckham Think Jim Jones: "Ballllllinnnnn'!" 'Nuff said. The amount of money these two make is out of control, and homegirl just got another huge paycheck, thanks to the Spice Girls reunion tour. Ballllllinnnnn' like Beckham! 9. Britney Spears and Kevin Federline Sure, they aren't together anymore, but boy did these two give us one hell of a year! Thanks, guys! 10. Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel I'm not sure if they have officially put their bizness out there, but I do love seeing these two together. She's got a smoking-hot body, and Justin ... oh Justin ... (pardon me). Honorable Mentions » Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens: They are cute, but something about these two is a little fishy to me. » Nas and Kelis: I dig these two. Her style and his rhymes: great match. » Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi: One is hot, the other is funny as hell.
