threesome storyline that is currently taking place on the show. Now that Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgley) has hooked up with Olivia (Hilary Duff) and Vanessa (Jessica Szohr) at the same time, emotions are getting involved.

While there was a fair amount of public outcry over the show taking on such a topic, Szohr isn't making any apologies for the naughty plotline.

"Like I said, our show does a very good job with their advertising and the things that they do, so when they had this talk of a threesome coming up, so many people were talking about it and giving their opinions," she told MTV News. "And at the end of the day, not everyone is going to agree with what we're doing, but people were talking about it."

The actress went on to say that the actually scene probably wasn't as fiery as worried parents had imagined it could be. "I hope they enjoyed it — we had fun doing it," she said. "They're easy to work with. It was easy, simple and it was one of those things where parents say, 'Why should my kid be watching this?' If you're their parent, tell them not to watch it. What do you want me to say?"

Although she's not willing to apologize for the sexy plot, she did make sure to warn her family about it. "And I think for the most part it was pretty tastefully done," she said. "But there's not much I can do. It's a role that I'm playing. I was, like, texting my grandparents [saying], 'It's a little risqué tonight. Don't be upset!'"
