Evan and Jaron are students of '70s pop who thankfully have enough taste and talent to make excellent music on their own. Their gifts are slick harmonies, the knowledge of what sounds good on the radio, and the wit to twist the cliches. "Outerspace," for instance, is a "Peggy Sue" aimed at all the ladies in the house. The famous friends help, but Evan and Jaron stand on their own four feet.
