Mario Lopez, who replaces Mark McGrath as the co-host of Extra starting today, sounds like he wanted to put his stud-puppy days behind him as he enters the serious world of infotainment journalism. “My shirtless photo-shoot days are behind me,” said the former A.C. Slater, “No, you will never see me host Extra without a shirt.” But in the very same People interview, Lopez promises fans that he’ll be doffing his top in an upcoming episode of Nip/Tuck. “[My character] Dr. Mike might not be taking anymore showers at the gym with Christian, but he will lose his shirt.”
So should we be sad about the loss of Mario’s pecs or not? Will he still show skin when a character requires it? Or is will his Nip/Tuck role give us one last flash of flesh before he retires his bod for life? Soak it in while you can! [People]
