When a writer for The Daily Beast asked Soulja Boy which historical figure he hated most, the “Crank That” rapper was stumped until the writer offered “Hitler, bin Laden, the slave masters…” as options. “Oh wait! Hold up! Shout out to the slave masters!” said Soulja Boy in response. “Without them we’d still be in Africa. We wouldn’t be here, to get this ice and tattoos.” Wow, we’ve never looked at centuries of oppression that way! Fresh take!
