So let us get this straight: first the cops say that Scott Ruffalo, brother of actor Mark Ruffalo, was murdered by a gunshot wound to the head. Then they change their minds based on an interview with one of the sorta suspects, and announced it was probably Russian Roulette. But today they’ve backtracked once more, and the L.A. Country Coroner’s Office has confirmed that yes, Scott’s death was a homicide. If we were the Ruffalo family, we’d be pretty sick of being jerked around right about now.
Two suspects – Shaha Mishaal Adham and Kristian Muradaz – were arrested and later released early on in the case, and Adham’s lawyer told TMZ, “I have not been informed by police that my client is again at all a suspect.” Think the cops are gonna change their mind – again? [Photo: GettyImages]
