Anthony Giampetro shot his brother Joseph three times after Joseph kicked down the door of the bedroom he was hiding in. “They were arguing over a Coke” said a police spokeswoman in Palm Bay, Florida, “One brother had drunk it and the other was upset.”
Joseph, pictured above, had a long history of burglary and drug charges, and Anthony swears he was afraid for his life at the time of the shooting. “The two did not get along, and Anthony Giampetro often tried to stay out of his brother’s way,” said a detective. The case is under review, but no charges have been filed.
