Gossip Girl‘s Taylor Momsen looked chic as ever amidst the celebs at Balthazar in NYC last night celebrating the much-anticipated opening of TopShop, a London-based fashion mecca. GG cast mate Michelle Trachtenberg as well as Emma Roberts, Jay-Z and Karolina Kurkova were among the partygoers. Jimmy Fallon and Santogold provided entertainment performing with Londoner Mark Ronson.
