Our mom always said that if we don’t have anything nice to say, we shouldn’t say anything at all. So we’re gonna have to remain somewhat silent about these pictures of Lindsay Lohan celebrating her upcoming (July 2) 23rd birthday in Las Vegas this past weekend.
