Reese Witherspoon has been seen preparing for her latest role for months now by playing baseball and softball non-stop, which means a lot of balls flying at her face (thank you, Clueless). Witherspoon hasn’t been able to dodge all those balls though, as she’s been seen sporting two black eyes – she had one in July and just recently got banged up again this week.
The baseball film wrapped filming this week and is entitled How Do You Know?. It co-stars Owen Wilson (who himself has been doing less dangerous research, visiting the Texas Rangers’ bullpen to learn some baseball lingo) and Jack Nicholson.
