Dropping your kids off at school when you a) live in one of the most exclusive areas of London and b) make your living as a fashion icon, is not the ordinary grab-those-jogging-bottoms and ignore-those-cornflakes-in-your-hair exercise that it would be for most harassed moms. No, Claudia Schiffer and Stella McCartney have standards to live up to, goddamnit, and turn up at the school gates looking freakishly goddess-like for 8am. Which is why we’re glad we’re not the other moms who share curb-space with them at this time – it must be so depressing.
