Rachel Uchitel has canceled today’s scheduled press conference concerning Tiger Woods and their alleged affair. Uchitel’s lawyer Gloria Allred blamed “unforeseen circumstances”—more than enough for tabloids to start connecting the dots. TMZ claims Tiger and Rachel talked for at least thirty minutes last night, and Radar—who alleged Uchitel would confirm her relationship with Woods at the conference—-says its sources confirmed a $1 million payoff for her silence. Adding fuel to the fire is notorious publicity hound Allred, who responded “no comment” when asked about negotiations between the golfer and his friend with alleged benefits.
Meanwhile, club manager and fellow suspected mistress Kalika Moquin has denied having a romantic rendezvous in Vegas with the golfing star. “It’s completely untrue that there’s anything more than a professional ‘How are you doing? Are you enjoying your time in Vegas?’ conversation [with Woods],” she tells Us. But that doesn’t stop the mag from letting an “insider” respond, “She was absolutely sleeping with him. She brags about it!” Looks like these rumors will live on whether the women decide to milk them or not.
