Tiger Woods can’t seem to avoid drama these days. The Florida Department of Children and Families visited Tiger’s home near Windemere, Florida on Friday. Capt. Angelo Nieves of the Orange Country Sherriff’s Department said that, “Our deputies met with members of the Department of Children and families. But all details are being kept secret.” Still, authorities would not confirm or deny that the officials went to Tiger’s home. A source “close to the situation” however confirmed that the visit was to Tiger’s home and was around mid-day. They apparently stayed for nearly an hour.
In other Tiger related news, the golfer’s disgraced wife Elin Nordregen stepped out on Sunday without her gold and diamond engagement ring. The former au pair stopped at a gas station before heading to a nearby Christmas party with her recently-hospitalized mother and two children. The absence of her wedding ring only fueled the rumors that she is planning to divorce her cheating hubby after the holidays. [RadarOnline.com; Photo: Getty Images]
