Eddie Cibrian may have repeatedly cheated on estranged wife Brandi Glanville, but the CSI: Miami star wants the court to know she didn’t take the news with grace. In papers filed for their impending divorce, LeAnn Rimes‘ current boyfriend accuses his ex of emotional and physical abuse during an incident last August that ended with her slashing the tires of his motorcycles and screaming “Daddy doesn’t love you!” to their 2-year-old son Jake.
“[Glanville] is allowing her emotional rage to overcome any attempt by me to do what is in the best interest of our children,” writes Cibrian, who seeks joint custody of Jake and their other son, Mason, 6.
Glanville, for her part, doesn’t seem apologetic for all the arm-swinging, lock-breaking and tabloid-tipping-off he’s described. “Yes, I slashed his Harley tires,” she told E! News. “And it felt awesome! He broke my heart, so I broke his Harleys. It was right after I found out about girl No. 2 [Scheana Marie?], and I had that Carrie Underwood song in my head, and I just went for it!”
