Jon Gosselin got a legal smackdown from TLC last week, keeping him from seeking on-air employment or even unapproved interviews. And as suggested by his “I’m too famous for a normal job” countersuit, JoGo doesn’t have much in the way of a Plan B. “Jon’s in pretty serious financial trouble because his plan for making money was shut down in court,” reports a source for Fox 411. “He has warned his lawyers that he can’t pay them and if he doesn’t succeed against TLC, he will have no funds. He’s even gone so far as to say that if they want to be paid, they will have to sue him.” Think papa’s empty pockets will inspire him to let the kids back on air?
Mark and Mike Heller, the legal team Michael Lohan reportedly hooked up with JoGo, say they’re standing by their man. “This past year, Jon Gosselin was the most photographed man in America and appeared in more magazines than any other reality TV star. Wherever he goes, there is an outpouring of love for him from his fans. And there is no doubt that he has a bright and shining career ahead of him.” JoGo will appreciate the support—TMZ reports that the final arbitration in his divorce from Kate Gosselin is “imminent.” While the outcome is confidential, we can’t imagine much goes to the guy not taking care of the eight kids.
