Charlie Sheen‘s wife Brooke Mueller, estranged after she called 911 following a violent argument in Aspen over Christmas, has been taken to the intensive care unit at an LA hospital. According to reports, Mueller had a wisdom tooth removed removed due to an infection, and she now may have contracted pneumonia. Sheen was spotted entering the hospital earlier today, potentially breaking the protection order that the pair planned to have lifted in Aspen on Friday (a court date initially planned for today, before Mueller’s ailment).
Though initially claiming Sheen was barred from visiting, TMZ now says that while he isn’t allowed to make contact with Brooke, there’s nothing saying he can’t be in the same room with her as long as he stays quiet. The couple reportedly plan to move back together as soon as the order is lifted. So far the court has refused to let Mueller make her case over the telephone, demanding she return to Aspen.
