Audrina Steps Out, Stalker Snaps In Court

by Anthony Miccio

If Audrina Patridge is rattled by stalker Zachary Loring‘s impending felony case, she wasn’t showing it Tuesday, walking around West Hollywood with her friends and catching lunch with now-public boyfriend Ryan Cabrera. But after seeing Loring’s actions in court yesterday, it’s clear she’s better off with this guy behind bars.

In the clip, Loring tries to contradict his lawyer’s plea of “not guilty.” When the judge tells him to be quiet, the accused stalker flicks his tongue, flips the bird, and launches a “sieg heil.” The defense attorney repeats an objection to the presence of a camera in the courtroom, while Loring asks either the lawyer or the judge “how many donuts did you eat to day? Did you have bacon sprinkles on it?” Complaining they’re “wasting [his] f—in’ time,” he mimes jerking off to the camera—at which point the judge consents to turning the machine off. Aww!

Loring, facing felony stalking and three misdemeanor charges for showing up at Audrina’s house and violating her restraining order against him (he had previously delivered violent letters and drawings to the star), will get his next court date in March.
