We fully realize that this post is the latest in a series dedicated to our old-fogey selves wondering what in the hell gets Taylor Momsen so pissed off all the time. She does realize that, at sixteen, she doesn’t have that much to be angry about, right? It’s not like she’s worried about paying off her mortgage or has a sick kid to take care of (yeah, those are our two go-to “life is hard” situations).
Yet she always looks like she’s given up on life and is taking it out on the world in the form of a bitter, burning glare. We used to just stomp up the stairs and listen to our Pearl Jam CDs, but we guess when you’re a celebrity teen, the stakes are higher and you just have to direct your eff-you attitude at the paparazzi. This shot was taken during a BMI Music Panel yesterday, and Tay looks like she couldn’t be less thrilled to be there. If we could title this photo, we’d go with “Raccoon Eyes And Apathy”.
