Well, here’s a new twist on the Hollywood coming out party. Joining familiar faces like Wanda Sykes, Elton John and Clay Aiken in a new equal-rights PSA for the True Colors Fund is Anna Paquin, who helps introduce the clip by announcing “I’m bisexual and I give a damn.” While this is presumably not news to fiance (and True Blood co-star) Stephen Moyer, Paquin’s statement was reportedly unplanned and a surprise to the folks making the clip (homosexuality was not a prerequisite; the clip also features straight dudes Jason Mraz and Eric Roberts). Not to be crass—we definitely applaud her convictions—but we have to say that such a detail could only help True Blood‘s ratings in the future. What, you think they won’t try to exploit it?
