Looks like Lindsay Lohan just gave her dad something new to shriek about. The troubled starlet had to give a deposition this morning for a lawsuit by the alleged hostages of her wild 2007 DUI, with mom Dina personally chaperoning her from NYC to LA to make sure she made it (after missing two earlier meetings, the judge threatened LiLo would lose the case if she skipped another). But instead of heading to bed early, mom and daughter reportedly zoomed off to the Chateau Marmont, where they wilded out until 2am. Hey, it’s important to have quality time.
Despite the lack of rest, the former actress was only 22 minutes late to the attorney’s office. That’s pretty prompt for her, though with Lindsay still a robbery suspect and possibly facing jail time for breaking probation, this civil suit is the least of her legal problems (actually, that hopeless $100 million lawsuit against E*Trade might be the least). Lindsay has just over two weeks until her big judgment day in court—plenty of time to get into even more trouble.
