With Lindsay Lohan‘s passport madness finally behind her, the troubled starlet will finally attend court today in LA to explain why she only made 10 of her 13 alcohol education classes. Judge Marsha Revel, who delayed a vacation so she could face Lindsay at today’s hearing, is likely to force Lindsay to wear a monitor anklet and abstain from drinking and drugs while her DUI probation is sorted out—something tabs says has the star frightening even if she doesn’t get jail time.
Of course, Lindsay herself thinks it’s just a whole lotta nothing. “I don’t see why I would even have to do that considering I’ve been in compliance with everything that occurs when you’re in a course for DUI’s,” she said in an interview with Hollywood.tv. “You go through the process of going to the classes and there’s many other things that go with that. And I don’t see why that would even be a question, the only person that suggested such things is my father who clearly isn’t sane.” Refusing to admit she was partying at Cannes while her passport was allegedly missing (“I was there for work”), Lindsay says that infamous cocaine photo was possibly “a set-up” (“I went in, took a picture with a fan…I didn’t see what was in the room”).
