Jack Osbourne Denied A Restraining Order Against Ex-GF

Jack Osbourne is running a little scared these days. His uber-pricey Aston Martin was keyed all over (ouch) by a woman who has now been identified as his ex-girlfriend Niki Cloyd. Unfortunately for her, while she was channeling her scorned rage into slashing his car, a surveillance camera caught all of it on tape. And the cops saw it all when they came to investigate at Osbourne’s Hollywood Hills mansion where the crazy went down. They tracked her down and arrested her for felony vandalism.

Osbourne also asked a judge at the L.A County Superior Court to grant him a restraining order against her. The request stated that the 24-year-old Cloyd  “is apparently in a state of unpredictable rage, and I fear that she intends to do further harm to me or to my property.” Jack also claims Niki “went through my telephone text messages, my private computer files, and flew into a rage, destroying property in my home.” It was denied because of insufficient evidence for a restraining order. But the judge did offer Jack-o some words of wisdom saying, “Don’t allow her in your home.” Really. You don’t say.
