There’s no explanation for why Luke Perry dressed in this outfit to attend the MIPCOM event in Cannes last night, except perhaps that he needed to jet off to a Civil War reenactment immediately after. Or perhaps he’s entering an Oscar Wilde dress-alike contest? Oh no wait, we’ve got it, he’s trying to out-Depp Johnny Depp. That‘s what it is.
