Way to lay it down, lady. Courtney Love just bid $17,000 for a chance to have tea with Adrien Brody. You read the figure correctly. That tea better have somethin’ Irish mixed in it. Strapped for cash, she is not, clearly. Love was at Paul Haggis‘ Artists for Peace and Justice fund-raiser for Haitian schools where a bid for Brody was on the roster. And what a battle for Brody it was, as sources at the event reveal that Love was having it out with Gerard Butler for the prize. The prize being Brody (seriously)… we just don’t see it, guys!
So, why does everyone suddenly want to have tea with Adrien Brody? Scratch that, what in Scotland’s good name did Gerry Butler want with him? Double scratch that, what is Courtney up to?
