A Speedo wearing street performer takes quite a shine towards Hayden Panettiere out in Venice Beach, California, yesterday. He’s looking quite pleased with himself, as Hayden cracks up on the right, and he also managed to score a kiss on her hand (check out the gallery below). Tight Speedo’s tend to have that effect.
