While family court judges can’t look too highly at a manic millionaire touring America with two pin-ups and leading misogynist chants about his ex-wives, it’s arguably a better look than pawning jewelry for cocaine. With Brooke Mueller in rehab after a security camera doing just that, Charlie Sheen‘s lawyers are allegedly set to seek full custody of their twins Bob and Max today, with Sheen himself allegedly making a court appearance (though the Violent Torpedo Of Truth tour is scheduled to perform in DC tonight). Understandably, Mueller’s attorneys plan to fight this tooth and nail, suggesting that Charlie needs a psychological evaulation as badly as Brooke needs a drug test. We’re inclined to agree, but where does that leave the kids?
Thankfully, Denise Richards—who ex-hubby Sheen called a “kidnapper bitch” on stage—reportedly has offered to take care of the boys while Mueller’s in rehab and Sheen’s on the road (Brooke’s mother has also offered to take custody). While Richards’ relationship with Charlie (who she previously accused of domestic violence) has been odd since it started, tropical vacations with Denise would probably be better for the kids than a road trip with daddy and his “goddesses.”
