Well, they’ll certainly have plenty to talk about. Radar Online says that Denise Richards is doing her damndest to make nice with fellow Charlie Sheen ex-wife Brooke Mueller, with the two “talking frequently” and making plans for a play date…once Brooke isn’t busy with the whole rehab thing. “Denise’s children with Charlie, Sam and Lola, have spent time in the past with their half-siblings, Bob and Max. Denise wants all the children to hang out together,” says their source. “Denise wants to have the girls spend time with their brothers, when she is assured that Brooke is sober, and wants it be a fun outing for everyone, with no drama. It’s about the kids forming a bond, and nothing else.”
Despite Denise infamously being across the hall with the kids during Charlie’s hooker/hotel room freak-out in New York, Radar‘s insider swears Richards would never—never—let Brooke around her kids if she was still in “pawning jewelry for cocaine” mode. “Denise is fiercely protective of the girls and will not permit them to be in any environment that has the possibility of causing any emotional harm to them. Denise makes a mama bear that is protective of her cubs look like a wimp…Denise went through hell with Charlie and she won’t let that happen to her girls, period.” No wonder Charlie gave up on his ex-wife/Playmate plantation fantasy awhile back.
