Beyonce was quite easy to spot yesterday in Paris (see what we did there?). The singer went for brunch with hubby Jay-Z at Fouquet’s Hotel wearing a dotty outfit that we actually think is quite cute! Her high-waisted skirt and sky high heels are very lady-like — if you can get past the color blocking and all those dots. We did! But we also think that no one else could pull this off but her.
