James Rainford has it in for Paris Hilton. The dude just doesn’t give up! He broke into Paris’ house and was held on $20,000 bail last year. He then attacked her now ex-boyfriend (remember him?) Cy Waits outside a courtroom where Paris was going to testify against another stalker.
This time around James — who was shirtless, ewww — struck outside her pad on Malibu Beach. Cops were alerted to his presence when someone reported Rainford trying to look into her house thus violating a court order that required him to stay 200 yards away from her. Poor Paris tweeted while watching from the balcony, “My stalker needs to leave me alone.” What will it take to throw him in jail and keep him there? This is the third time he’s tried to get Paris, and what’s stopping him from getting violent on her next time?
