After seven years of decent music and excellent hair, we are sad to hear news of Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony’s divorce. “We have decided to end our marriage,” the couple told People in a joint statement this evening. “This was a very difficult decision. We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters. It is a painful time for all involved, and we appreciate the respect of our privacy at this time.”
After marrying Marc Anthony in 2004, J.Lo gave birth to the couple’s two children, twin toddlers Max and Emme, in 2008. Awwww, now we feel bad about referring to Marc as Skeletor all these years. Well, not really. A man with that much cheekbone just cannot wear so many white suits.
