We couldn’t stop gawping at Jane Fonda in Harper’s Bazaar. She’s “73 and a half” years old, guys, and looks better than most people a good five decades younger. And if that dress looks familiar, it’s the same dotty Stella McCartney number Kate Winslet wore to the Mildred Pierce premiere a while ago. And even though we love us some Kate, we think that Jane is working it way better than she is. The sideboob isn’t putting us off either, and sideboob almost always puts us off.
She gives a great interview too especially about her personal life (she’s dating music producer Richard Perry), saying, “When I was researching myself, I wondered, is there a ‘there’ there? Or am I just a hollow person who gets filled up by whatever man I’m with? I’m fine with women. My problem is always with men — you know, pleasing a man, turning myself into a pretzel to be who the man I’m with wants me to be. I’m not saying that that’s gone away 100 percent, but maybe 90 percent, 95 percent even.” The research is for her new book Prime Time, FYI, and it was also for her memoir My Life So Far. Read the interview, people. It made us want to say Amen! at every quote. And we really can’t get over how terrific she looks. It would take more than a couple of Valium for us to get into that dress.
