George Clooney Says Ryan Gosling Will “Grow Out Of” His Hotness

You put two of the sexiest men alive in the same movie, and there’s bound to be just a little rivalry — if not on the set, definitely during the promo blitz. Earlier this week, George Clooney ribbed his Ides of March co-star Ryan Gosling on “Letterman,” calling him a “pretty boy” who “can’t get a job.” Those split-face posters certainly can’t be helping matters, either.

At the New York premiere of “Ides” on Wednesday night, VH1 News decided to push George a little further on the matter of casting such a hot, young thing as his co-star in the movie he also wrote and directed.

“He’s going to grow out of it, don’t worry,” Clooney said. “He’s going to get old and ugly and things are going to start falling off and it’ll be fine. I’ll feel much better.”

Oh, yeah. Because that’s definitely happened to George. “I’m falling apart,” he said to our disbelieving ears. “This is a fake leg I’m wearing right now.”

If that’s the case, enjoy them both trapped in time on Best Week Ever’s Ultimate Clooney-Gosling GIF Wall.
