When Mel Gibson leaves a huge tip at a restaurant, it kind of throws us for a loop. He is the bad guy right now. He cannot have any (so far) hidden shades of grey come up at us because we’ve spent a lot of time angry with him! But it all changed over a meal.
He was at a joint called Bravo Bistro in Scottsdale, Arizona, yesterday, where he dined with the owner  of the restaurant and two women. After eating shrimp cocktail and osso bucco and chilling for three hours at dinner, the check amounted to $170. Mel not only paid the bill but also left a $ 150 tip! Now do you see our conundrum? It’s such a nice thing to do that with anyone else we’d want to give them a hug.
