After watching Charlize Theron in the trailers for Young Adult and Snow White and the Huntsman, we can tell the Oscar winner enjoys getting mean onscreen. And she likes to talk a big game, too. When she sat down with MTV News recently, she joked about what will go down between her Evil Queen and Kristen Stewart‘s Snow White in the updated fairy-tale flick.
“I’ve done some small things with [Kristen], but we’re about to shoot our big showdown, and fingers crossed for me,” she said. “It’s the big battle. I’m just really, really, really hoping I get to kill her. That is how the story ends up, right?”
Well, maybe Charlize will have better luck in Young Adult, in which she plays an author and former prom queen who goes back to her hometown to relive her glory days and steal her high school boyfriend away from his wife and baby. The statuesque beauty seems to have quite a different experience during her early school years.
“I wore really nerdy glasses because I was blind as could be and the boys didn’t like [me],” she told People. “I actually got a lot of the mean girl stuff from the ages of 7 to 12. I was pretty much a mess in primary school. But I got that out of my system by the time I got to high school and was more immune to all of that stuff.”
The fact that she wound up looking like Charlize Freaking Theron probably helped with that too.
