Sporting a plunging neckline in pale lemon at CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute yesterday and a similarly daring flesh-colored halter neck at the American Giving Awards on Friday night, Miley only briefly stole focus back from the girls to belt out “The Climb” at the Heroes concert. Our hero? Whoever invented double-sided tape. That man or woman has truly done America, and Miley’s wardrobe, a great service.
