We’re amazed that Dakota Fanning is pulling off her pink tips. These photographs were taken as the actress exited Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills on Tuesday. We got a good look at her dip-dyed tresses and have decided we really like them. Maybe it’s also because of that outfit she’s wearing. We’re kind of loving the tailored white shirt, ankle boots and tan, batik-print skirt. Probably because we could never pull it off. But enough about us and what we think.
