Not to sound pretentious, rest of this brunch table, but in my opinion, when it comes to artistic films about the torment of the feline condition, American directors have nothing on the French. This film, Henri 2, Paw de Deux is BY FAR the most accurate representation of what cats are thinking at all times ever depicted. I don’t care HOW much research went into that documentary The Aristocats.
Consider this film the early favorite to swipe the Paw-me d’Or at Cannes:
