Bieber Fever is getting dangerous up in Scandinavia today as thousands of Justin Bieber’s fans are running rampant in the Norwegian capital of Oslo. The singer was scheduled to debut four songs tonight during the television special “Around the World,” but fans from all over Europe have flocked to the venue, and police are having trouble handling the crowd! Government officials are reportedly considering declaring the city in a state of emergency, and have begged Biebs to perform sooner than scheduled in an effort to prevent the swarm of unruly teens from growing any larger.
No word on whether Bieber will take to the stage early, as he’s currently being held in a secret location prior to being helicoptered in, James Bond-villian style. However, the singer did post some tweets pleading with the crowd to chill out. “For the show to happen u must all listen to the police,” he wrote. “We are all concerned for your safety and i want what is best for u. please listen.” These fans in Oslo seem to have an particularly severe case of Bieber-Fever. Check out this video of the teen star getting chased through the streets by his rabid fan-army! Who knows, maybe they’re just trying to take the headlines away from his paparazzo assault case?
