This little fashion showdown is heating up. Perks Of Being A Wallflower features two gorgeous ladies — Emma Watson and Nina Dobrev. Now that they’re on the premiere circuit for the film, we’ve been so stoked to see what they (or their stylists) are going to pull out of their wardrobes for the red carpet. It’s the general consensus that Nina won the TIFF premiere round in her Monique Lhullier dress versus Emma’s Erdem frock, over the weekend. But the L.A. fashion walk-off that went down at the Arclight Cinerama Dome on Monday night is a lot closer. Nina was the siren in a red Reem Acra dress with lace overlay on the sleeves and shoulders. That’s a lot of cleavage, but Nina still makes it look classy. Strappy Rupert Sanderson black heels completed the ensemble. But hello, neckline. We can’t get over it! How is she breathing in that?
Emma upped the glamour ante wearing a nude-blush, flowing, tiered, backless Giorgio Armani gown with slicked-back hair, startling eyes and a red lips. She wore absolutely no jewelry at all, because she didn’t need to. Dainty, elegant, yet sexy. Unfortunately, the sides of that very lovely gown decided to creep inwards and caused a bit of a wardrobe malfunction. Luckily, Emma being the lady she is, was prepared for a situation like this and had nipple pasties on. And she corrected the dress quickly, but still … a little embarassing no? And risque, as seen below.
