Well, we believed this rumor last week, and now we have proof that a Kanye West sex tape actually exists: AllHipHop.com got a peek at the cease and desist letter ‘Ye’s lawyers sent to media outlets that posted screenshots from the video. “Be advised that the Screen Shot, as well as the Tape from which the Screen Shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West’s computer,” the letter from Pryor Cashman states. It goes on to warn that publishing such screenshots constitutes “actionable violations of Mr. West’s rights of privacy and publicity.” So, yeah, that’s a great way to sweep this one under the rug.
Meanwhile, TMZ is reporting that in addition to the 20-minute video we heard about on Friday, there’s a second 40-minute tape — and that’s 40 minutes of constant action, the gossip site says. No wonder industry experts are, um, excited about the prospect of getting their hands on this thing. Oh. Er, that didn’t sound right. Aaaanyway. Also, the site says the videos were shot with Kanye’s exes several years ago — which makes the fact that one woman resembles Kim Kardashian less embarrassing somehow.
Again, we’re asking, if Kanye is such a fan of Kim’s video, why is he ashamed of this one, which by all accounts proves that he has better flow than we ever suspected? OK, we meant that one.
