Stacey Dash, Snoop Dogg Are Probably Not The Best Celeb Spokespeople For Romney And Obama

Stacey Dash endorses Romney

Clueless/Single Ladies alumna Stacey Dash practically broke Twitter this morning when she posted the above photo with the message: “Vote for Romney. The only choice for your future. @mittromney @teamromney #mittromney #VOTE #voteromney.”

Before this past week, when Dash has been in the news thanks to the Clueless reunion Entertainment Weekly put together, she’s mostly made headlines for her rep as a diva. So we’re gonna go ahead and guess that this is not the Romney campaign’s secret plan to win over women voters. But we’re grateful to Stacey for giving us a reason to bring up a questionable endorsement for Romney’s opponent: the list Snoop Dogg/Lion reposted on Instagram last week, listing “Why I’m Not Voting for Romney” and “Why I’m Voting for Obama.”

The list, originally posted by @DragonflyJonez, features a number of racist assumptions about Romney, but also hilarious twists of logic like, “Bitch got a dancing horse,” and “He reminds me of every boss I ever hated.” The pro-Obama list, meanwhile, reasons that because the president “hugged Beyonce before and sniffed her neck” and uses the same hair clippers as the author, he should definitely be re-elected. Despite the fact that Obama himself welcomed the endorsement of Harold and Kumar before the DNC last month, we’re going to guess this wasn’t a list crafted by his people.

Add to those, the recent statements by porn star Jenna Jameson — “When you’re rich, you want a Republican in office” — Clint Eastwood’s chair show, and Madonna’s “black Muslim in the White House” declaration, and I think we have a dead heat in the race for most embarrassing celebrity cosigns. Which do you think is the worst?
