The future of our country is bright, if these students from Ron Clark Academy in Atlanta are any indication. Set to the beat of T.I.‘s “Whatever You Like,” their politically enthusiastic song and dance number has been racking up the YouTube views. They may have to wait quite a few years before they’re eligible to vote, but they already understand the issues that affect their communities. After the jump, see CNN correspondent Kyra Phillips toss the kids some questions — and be prepared to be awed by their prescient and knowledgeable responses.

It’s Wednesday, and that means you’ve made it halfway through the work week and halfway to the weekend. Congrats, Pumpkin!
Anyone with four legs, fur, and a waggy tail knew the place to be yesterday was the Tompkins Square Park dog run in New York City. Canines of all sizes and breeds showed up to the annual parade (with varying levels of shame) in their Halloween costumes. Highlights included appearances by Michael Phelps, Nastia Liukin, Queen Elizabeth, Oscar the Grouch, and the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man! Gunther von Hagens, creator of Necrophilia Body Worlds, enthusiastically unveiled his exhibit in London today. While the 63-year-old anatomist claims to be a health freak, he looks forward to the day he joins the exhibit, with a little plastination help from his wife, Dr. Angelina Whalley. It’s Wednesday, and that means you’ve made it halfway through the work week and halfway to the weekend. Congrats! And if you’d like your very own, permanent “Happy Hump Day” memento, you may purchase this masterpiece at Pete’s Taxidermy for the modest price of $360.
Another day, another debate. While yesterday’s may have been of the political sort, today’s is of the anatomical. The argument lies beneath Lindsay Lohan‘s tank top. Photos taken of her shopping yesterday (seen above) displayed a balloon shape uncharacteristic of natural breasts. After further analysis (see photos below), the jury’s out. So we at Scandalist call on you, fellow Americans, to stare at Lindsay’s knockers… are they real or fake?
