After sending DC purists into a frenzy this summer by casting Ben Affleck as Batman, Zach Synder‘s Man of Steel sequel just made another major announcement. Israeli actress Gal Gadot will play Wonder Woman in the upcoming flick, which combines the worlds of Batman and Superman. Gadot is best known for her role as Gisele Harabo in the Fast and Furious films–most recently featured in May’s Fast & Furious 6. In addition to acting, she’s an accomplished model who was crowned Miss Israel back in 2004.
