Today marks the 10th anniversary of our beloved Friends series finale. Cue the “I’ll Be There For You” theme song and let all that nostalgia sink in. Sigh. We wish more than anything we would get a reboot about our six favorite Manhattanites, but while we’re in the spirit, let’s celebrate the television remakes and adaptations that did happen. Starting with the ones we couldn’t (and still can’t) get enough of.

Was Snooki drunk when she “wrote” her books? Will my butt look like Kim‘s in the Kardashian Kollection? Will Skinny Girl help us shred a few? They may have gotten into a few bar fights, pulled each other’s hair, or cursed America out on national TV, but these stars sure did take advantage of their broadcast leverage and turned their 15 minutes of reality fame into multimillion dollar fortunes. While we once may have mercilessly laughed at them, these numbers are no joke.
We’re all guilty of it… We want to root for the hero, the protagonist, the leader, but sometimes their sassy sidekicks win our hearts. While the heroes are often brooding, deep and complicated souls, their sidekicks win us over in lightening the mood and getting away with a lot more. So much more fun!

Boy, do we love a good ol’ sword fight. To watch, of course! Our favorite Hollywood stars sure know how to bring the heat- medieval style- to screens big and small. Guys want to be them and girls just want them. Read more…
Boy meets girl. They get drunk. Girl gets knocked up. Wait… Let’s try this again. Boy meets girl. On tinder. Girl becomes a booty call. NO! In today’s crazy world, there can be countless ways to define “fairy tale.” From the days of Disney princes and princesses (sigh), things have changed just a little bit, due in large part, to our media.
“There’s no place like”…wait. What was the line again? Believe it or not, some of our all-time favorite movie quotes captured on set were off-the-cuff. The beauty of the big screen is that actors can flip the script (literally), and create catchphrases that live on for years after the box office heat cools.
