The Wolf Of Wall Street Cast Wishes You a Merry Christmas Full of Hookers, Drugs and Orgies

There’s nothing like a good holiday film to spread Christmas cheer. Of course, there’s family favorites that run the gamut from Elf to It’s a Wonderful Life to, um, Martin Scorsese’s The Wolf Of Wall Street? If visions of sugarplums are what you have in mind, maybe stick to the fruitcake, but if a sex scene involving Leonardo DiCaprio, a dominatrix and a candle peaks your interest, well then, you’re in for a treat! We asked the cast of this darkly funny, deeply depraved movie why they think this Christmas should be thrown to the wolves.

Best Week Ever‘s Henry Zebrowski Takes Us Inside A Wolf Of Wall Street Gif

The Wolf of Wall Street hits theaters on December 25 giving us an inside look at the decadent world of 1980s Wall Street. Best Week Ever‘s own Henry Zebrowski appears in the film, but more importantly, he appears in one of the film’s most viral gifs. We sat down with Henry for a very serious discussion about the technical craftsmanship that goes into acting for gifs, what inspires him to want to be a gif actor and what bouncing between two big boobies has to do with the fine arts.

What Were The Best Movies Of 2013?

View Photo Gallery

With 2013 almost in the books, we’re looking back at the year in movies and sifting through the best the year had to offer. (Sorry, A Good Day to Die Hard.) From the powerful 12 Years a Slave to the hilarious This is the End to the moving Her, these were the best movies we saw this year. (And on second thought, A Good Day to Die Hard should be the one apologizing to us.)

The Wolf Of Wall Street’s Cast Makes a Really Tough Choice

Money! Power! Beauty! Martin Scorsese’s The Wolf Of Wall Street, which opens on Christmas Day, has all three of these in spades. However, we were curious as to which one of these traits were most important to the film’s cast, stars like Leonardo DiCaprio, Jonah Hill and Matthew McConaughey. So at the film’s premiere in Manhattan this week, we forced each one of these gents to make their own Sophie’s Choice and only pick only one.

Are Anchorman Stars Sick Of You Quoting Lines To Them?

“I’m in a glass case of emotion!” “I love [insert lamp equivalent].” Those are the two lines I wind up quoting from Anchorman on a regular basis. It is without a doubt one of the most quotable movies of all time (maybe Mean Girls and Pulp Fiction come close). Now that Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues is finally in theaters, we’re very curious to see whether it will have at least one “Milk was a bad choice.” In the meantime, VH1 News asked Will Ferrell and company what lines they love from the first movie, and which ones they never want to hear again.

Epic Fail: The 15 Biggest Box Office Bombs Of 2013

View Photo Gallery

With a record-breaking $4.7 billion earned at the box office this summer alone, it’s fair to say that 2013 had some monster movies. But despite this, ’13 lived up to its unlucky namesake by dishing out more than it’s fair share of monster flops. Studios bet big on some blockbuster hopefuls that did nothing but bust their banks. Turkeys, duds, bombs; whatever you call them, they hit film maker’s hard this year!

Why The Fault In Our Stars‘ Tagline Actually Works

The Fault In Our Stars

I was 26 when my mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Immediately after her diagnosis — which was Stage 4 — my brother and I quit our jobs and moved back home to help our dad as caregivers. It was a nightmarish eight months and losing my mom is still something that I struggle with now, seven years later. I tell you this so you know my background when it comes to cancer. Because The Fault in Our Stars poster dropped today on Buzzfeed, and it is beautiful and perfect and all the tears — except for the tagline: “One Sick Love Story.” It’s not sitting well with some fans. At first it didn’t sit well with me (I made this face). Then I remembered what I loved most about the book; what I thought John Green nailed perfectly (of all the things he nailed so well): the gallows humor. Read more…

American Hustle Stars Remind Us How Sexy The ’70s Really Were

After The Fighter and Silver Linings Playlist, I never doubted that David O. Russell’s American Hustle would be a great film. What surprised me, though, is how it transformed the over-the-top, slightly sleazy aesthetic of its 1978 setting into something truly seductive and sexy. Seriously, I’m scared that men are going to start following Christian Bale’s example and start sporting hairpiece-assisted combovers. When I spoke to Bale, Russell, Bradley Cooper, Amy Adams and Jeremy Renner, I grilled them about what they found sexy about the era.

Even At 50, There’s Nothing ‘Inglorious’ About Brad Pitt’s Hairvolution

View Photo Gallery

Is there anything more perfect than Brad Pitt? He’s got the perfect wife, perfect career, perfect kids, perfect smile, perfect muscular physique and … let’s stop there, because while we could go on all day, we’re pretty sure none of you need convincing. Even his fashion missteps are perfect, in their own special way! It’s true. We can’t entirely fault Brad for those long bleached blonde locks (it was the ’90s) or even the Kate Gosselin-styled ‘do (also ’90s!). And no one else could rock a scraggly, dreaded beard more grandly than Pitt. Also, most of his, shall we say, less-than-ideal stylings were for a role, or for saving New Orleans, or something.
