Back in September, Nina Dobrev told us that she plans on playing a teenager for as long as she can, and we think the Vampire Diaries star, who turns 24 today, can do that for at least a couple more years. On the other hand, now that we’ve seen her play not one but two undead vixens on TVD, she’s going to have a hard time convincing anyone she’s an innocent young thing. Especially not after all those smoldering onscreen looks between her and real-life boyfriend Ian Somerhalder. Not that this should be a loss — after all, she must be having so much more fun now than as a weak human cheerleader. And not that we’re jealous of her or anything.
Let’s all wish Nina a happy birthday as we browse through her 24 most seductive looks.
Forget the Golden Globes; put aside your hopes and wishes for tonight’s People’s Choice Awards; sleep in and skip tomorrow’s Oscar nominations announcement, because we here at VH1 Celebrity have a much more important title to hand out this awards season: Best Facial Hair Performance in a Motion Picture. You know we’re not alone in pointing out how important beards, mutton chops, mustaches and scruff have been to 2012′s most critically acclaimed films: Can you even imagine Lincoln, Django Unchained, Argo, Les Miserables, Bernie or (god forbid) The Hobbit with clean-shaven stars?
VH1 News polled the heavy hitters at the National Board of Review Awards on Tuesday night to see who the stars would nominate and the answers were predictably enthusiastic.
“I’m not worried about awards season, but I have been going for best beard,” Ben Affleck told us. “[Leonardo DiCaprio's] got the best, probably, and Bradley [Cooper's] got, like, the scruff, which doesn’t look like a beard-beard but you can’t discredit because it’s carefully calibrated.” Read more…
There was a sad period in our lives last year, when we hit a dry spell in the Ryan Gosling sighting department. Silly man was off making movies and being with Eva Mendes or something instead of inadvertently posing for a thousand Tumblrs and starring in all of our dreams. That nightmare seems to be over, thank goodness, as we’ve been blessed with two trailers for upcoming movies, Gangster Squad’s release this weekend and, of course, his appearance on the red carpet of the premiere of Gangster Squad last night. We are pleased to report that the number of handsome faces he made as he escorted his mother to the movie were almost enough to make up for that earlier drought. All we need now is for him to go rescue someone on the street again and we’re all set.
Feast on our 10 favorite Ryan Gosling looks from last night:

Dina and Lindsay Lohan in 1986, following the alleged assault.
After Dina Lohan went to the New York Daily News with her story about how ex-husband Michael Lohan assaulted her in 1986 and raped her in 1990, Lindsay’s mother gave Entertainment Tonight three photos of herself with a black eye following the 1986 incident. Dina had actually spoken to the show back in September about the abuse, but the photos seem to have caught everyone’s attention now. And Michael Lohan, of course, was quick to respond.
“I didn’t punch her,” Michael told ET, reiterating his version of the incident, which he said started when Dina hit him in the back of the head with an ice tray. “I didn’t do anything deliberately to attack her. I swung out of reflex … she’s twisting everything.”
We kind of fail to see how swinging “out of reflex” is any less of an assault to a woman, by the way, especially when this reflex results in the black eye we see above. But since it’s a little too late for Dina to do anything about this, we do see his point that her timing is suspiciously self-serving. Ugh, they are both the worst.

Our friends at NickMom know a thing or two about throwing kids’ birthday parties — and not in an annoying Martha Stewart-y kind of way — so we think this depiction of what’s probably going down at Blue Ivy Carter’s first birthday party has to be on the money. Check out the rest of it here.

You know we’ve been obsessed with Amber Rose’s adorable baby bump photos for months, but the pics she posted this weekend from her baby shower blew the rest away. Not only is she still incredibly cute for someone in her eighth month of pregnancy, but she is rocking a dress that we immediately want. It’s part of designer Jeremy Scott’s Adidas Originals collection, shown above on the runway. The most remarkable thing is how much better it looks on preggo Amber than on the skinny model.
Also great is this pic of Amber and Wiz Khalifa opening presents together.
Bradley Cooper turns 38 today, so now seemed like as good a time as any to remind you guys that though the Silver Linings Playbook star may be a Sexiest Man Alive alumnus, he’s also never stopped being just a regular guy. Also, he will never stop being adorable Will from Alias, no matter how many times he may melt us with those baby blues and make us weak in the knees with those perfectly sculpted shoulders. Sometimes he gets sweaty at the gym, sometimes he has terrible facial hair or hat head, sometimes he breaks up with his unbelievably hot girlfriends and hangs out with his mom instead. Er, nope, all that doesn’t add up to us being able to date him though, does it? Oh, well. We’ll just wish Bradley a happy birthday and pretend he’s attainable as we look at these 20 examples of him just being a regular guy … until he goes and wins an Oscar or something this year.

Rejoice, American Downton Abbey fans, the soapiest costume drama in the land returns to TV on Sunday and hopefully you haven’t been so much Internet searching on the goings on of the Crawley family and their employees that you haven’t had the entire season spoiled for you yet. (Seriously, stop searching, because those spoilers will catch up with you!) One of the best things about the show’s return to PBS’ Masterpiece — especially now that it’s at the height of popularity — is seeing the cast in their modern street clothes, laughing and joking like their fictional counterparts never would. We’ve seen Hugh Bonneville (Robert Crawley) tweet from the subway, Robert James-Collier (Thomas) talk sexual politics in Out and those two joined by Jim Carter (Mr. Carson) in a silly Downton/Breaking Bad mash-up on The Colbert Report. Guest star Shirley MacLaine trotted out her paranormal expertise to talk about the ghosts haunting Highclere, the estate where the show is shot. Dan Stevens (Matthew Crawley) has been gracing the New York stage with Jessica Chastain in The Heiress all season, while Joanne Froggatt and Sophie McShera showed that when they put on makeup and get out of those dreadful maids’ uniforms, they’re total knockouts.
Sure, it must be fun to traipse around a fancy English estate for a living, but we get the feeling the cast revels in the chance to show the world what they’re like in real life. See for yourself in the gallery below:

Too-beautiful-to-be-true couple Zoe Saldana and Bradley Cooper have maybe possibly split up once again, according to Page Six.
“Zoe had planned to spend the holidays with Bradley and his family in Europe,” a source told the paper. “They all were going to Paris, but things didn’t work out between them. Zoe spent New Year’s Eve with friends in Miami.”
We’re not exactly heartbroken over this split, sorry to say. It’s just that we’d seen the actors — who hooked up on the set of their movie The Words, broke up in March and then reunited recently — together so seldom, most of the photos we used to make the below gallery of their relationship included other people too. But this recent development makes us worried about one thing: Will it mean that we won’t get to see Saldana’s fashion risk-taking on the red carpet this awards season, as Bradley celebrates the many nods he’s received for Silver Linings Playbook? Darn, kids. Could you just please reunite until March?

These days, you don’t know you’ve made it until someone’s shopping around a nude photo or sex tape of you — whether or not you actually made one. In 2012, we were surprised to see the sheer variety of famous people whose intimate moments and communiques were leaked, or threatened to be. Olympians, actors, princes and pop stars were all subject to exposure, much to our simultaneous horror and delight. We hope this doesn’t humiliate them anew, but we decided to recap them all here, in their many flavors:
The Leaks We Saw (and Sometimes Wish We Could Unsee):
Hulk Hogan’s Sex Tape: The weird lighting, the full sushi belly, the ringtone from his daughter’s single — so much about Hulk’s tape with Heather Clem is humiliating in its own right. But when you add the fact that it was allegedly taped by Clem’s husband, Hulk’s pal Bubba the Love Sponge, it reaches new levels of ick. No wonder Hogan originally said he didn’t remember any of this going down. We’d like to forget it too.
Prince Harry’s Strip Billiards: Here is someone we actually wouldn’t mind seeing full-monty. Except it’s kind of unfair that he was snapped while obviously drunk and unawares in the middle of a game of strip billiards in Vegas. The photo was unsatisfyingly blurry, and we felt really bad about the reaming out his grandma probably gave him.
Miley Cyrus in a Bathtub: This tastefully done nude was apparently shot by a professional photog friend of Miley’s a couple of years ago and intended for fiance Liam Hemsworth’s eyes only. That makes the gift a little less special, so it makes us a little sad.
Gymnast Danell Levya’s Sexxxy Bathroom Pics: A disgruntled ex paramour shared a handful of photos with Deadspin at the height of the U.S. Olympic gymnastics team’s fame. If the whole sports thing doesn’t work out, it looks like someone has a future in underwear modeling! Read more…
