Winter isn’t coming anymore; it’s officially here. While it might be frigid and icy outside, two of Game of Thrones‘s resident hotties are serving up the heat on the small and big screens. Richard Madden (aka Robb Stark) is currently starring in Klondike, where he brings the heat to Yukon territory, and Kit Harington (aka Jon Snow) is shedding his wintery furs to play a young gladiator in Pompeii. We’re thrilled to see both boys break free of all the carnage in Westeros, but it’s leaving us wondering: WHO’S HOTTER?
The gym selfie is nothing new. But recently, the trend reached a zenith when Kim Kardashian posted a butt-comparison shot with her unexplicable new bestie, stripper Blac Chyna. We’re not sure if it was their tiny, perfect waists or luscious bums — but the shot inspired us to renew our Crunch membership, stat (it also inspired rumors of photo-shopping, but we digress).
Other stars — like Justin Bieber, Nina Dobrev, and Kelly Rowland — have gotten into mid-workout pics, too, flaunting their taut abs and toned arms for all of social media to see! The pics have become so prevalent that they’re no longer considered gym selfies — they’re #healthies. And even though they’re clearly a loud-and-proud humblebrag, we have to admit, at least the shots motivate us to get to our spinning class.
Here, the sexiest celeb #healthies of the moment!

Inspirational. Healthies. Fit Club
Let’s not mince words here. American Hustle, more than anything, was a foray into the many and varied ways into which Amy Adams‘ cleavage could be exposed. From spangly dresses with plunging necklines to the more humble wrap around dress, Adams’ greatest assets were consistently and brazenly on display. Not that anyone is complaining.
Thanks to awards season, Paris Fashion Week and, well, some sort of crazy vapors in the air (did that West Virginia water get farther than they said?) we had an overabundance of choices for this week’s worst-dressed list. In this supersize edition, we have a couple of Love & Hip Hop lovelies, Kanye West in a giant fur coat, and a nice selection of over-the-top red-carpet numbers.
Congrats to Lupita Nyong’o on picking up her first (of what we hope is many to come) Oscar nomination for her role in 12 Years a Slave. The actress has enjoyed a big few months since the movie’s release thanks to a number of honors and accolades for her heart wrenching performance as a tortured and brutalized slave. While she commands a serious presence on screen, her life off has been anything but. A peek inside her Instagram account shows the adorable side of Nyong’o as she goes from awards show to awards show, picking up trophies and new celebrity besties along the way. Oh, hugging Lena Dunham? Check! Selfies with Jared Leto? Mark it off the list.
We can’t wait to see what she’ll post at future shows and who will make her Oscars Hug Checklist. We hope it includes fellow nominees Jonah Hill and Jennifer Lawrence.
Few hairstyles are chicer than the topknot right now — it’s the look on runways and red carpets — and ladies, we really have Kourtney Kardashian to thank. A couple of years ago, she made the sleek high bun her signature, rocking the glam style to events and on Keeping Up With the Kardashians (and its spin-offs!). Soon, all of her siblings followed suit (sans Rob, we assume), which inspired a slew of ”Kardashian topknot” tutorials on YouTube.
Can you believe Sports Illustrated’s revered tradition of ignoring athletes for one issue a year and devoting an issue to lovely ladies rolling around in sand has been going on for half a century now? Good ideas do have staying power! Last night, longtime veterans — Kathy Ireland, Cheryl Teigs, Heidi Klum — of the Swimsuit Edition partied with newbies (and wannabes, like Ireland Baldwin) in Hollywood, for a celebration that will eventually be televised on NBC on February 3.
Ah, the perm. A remnant of ’70s and ’80s “fashion” that we can be glad to have left behind. But have we really let go of the perm? With Bradley Cooper sporting an impressive man-perm in American Hustle recently, a nostalgia has been sparked for the admittedly stupid, but strangely endearing, hairstyle.
Ask any celebrity and they’ll tell you that there’s just as much stress involved in walking a red carpet at an awards show like the 2014 Golden Globes as there is sitting in your seat wondering if you’ve won or lost. In order to deflect some of the stress and anxiety, many celebs choose to partner up and tackle the carpet with a friend, a family member, a spouse, or even a potential lover. Sometimes, this arm candy means that the celebs are more relaxed when they’re speaking to Ryan Seacrest, and other times, you can see the couple barely being able to fight off the urge to make a beeline straight for a bathroom stall for some pre-show nookie.
The Golden Globes are one of the biggest red carpet fashion nights of the year. Television stars mingle with Hollywood royalty, mega stars accessorize with hot arm candy and some of the biggest beauties in the world make major fashion faux pas. Some of these celebrities might be taking home an award tonight, but that doesn’t stop them from being the worst dressed.
